I ordered two shirts in the exact same size, and somehow they fit completely differently. One was way too tight, and the other was so big it felt like I’d ordered a size up. Super frustrating, especially when you think you know your size and just want a simple order. To make it worse, I had to wait in a long queue to get help with it, which just added to the annoyance. i don’t think I’ll be buying from here again

I ordered the blue shirt, but when the package showed up, the shirt inside was black. I even double-checked my order because I thought maybe I clicked the wrong color, but it definitely said blue.

I was annoyed after the first wash. I followed the care tag exactly, and this thing still came out looking like a sloppy little mess. The collar got all weird and the shirt just didn’t sit right anymore after drying. For the price, I expected way better than some fragile, overpriced dud that can’t survive one normal wash. It looked decent straight out of the package, but washing it basically ruined the fit. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.

I bought a shirt from Collars & Co and was expecting it to hold up better, especially for the price. It looked really nice when I first got it, and I wore it for normal work days, nothing rough or unusual.
After just a few wears and regular washing, the collar started looking warped and the stitching near the buttons began coming loose. It was frustrating because it didn’t feel like I had done anything that should’ve caused that kind of wear so quickly.

Maybe I just got a defective one, but the durability was disappointing. I also wasn’t really sure what the next step was supposed to be for getting help or a replacement, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be

Umm, I have to be honest, the fabric was my main issue. It looked nice at first, but once I actually used it, it felt a bit rough and not as comfortable as I hoped. I was expecting something softer and better quality. It’s not the worst, but the material definitely didn’t meet my expectations.

I was disappointed. The ads made it seem like the collar would stay crisp and fit just like a real dress shirt, but mine only looked decent for maybe 10 minutes. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them with my order. The shipping was ridiculously slow and took way longer than I expected. Definitely not ordering from here again.

I tried ordering from Collars & Co, but almost every color and size I actually wanted was sold out. What made it more frustrating was that the site made it seem like there were still plenty of options at first, so I kept clicking around thinking I’d find something.

After checking a few different items and running into the same issue, I just gave up. If inventory is that low, it really needs to be communicated more clearly upfront instead of making people waste time browsing. Disappointing overall

I ordered from Collars & Co and ended up having to return the item. The return itself was fine, but the refund took way too long, and I had to keep following up just to find out what was going on. it felt like once they had my money, I was no longer a priority. I would have appreciated a simple apology or at least some acknowledgment of the delay. Not a great experience, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

The box showed up crushed when it arrived (not exactly what you want to see on delivery day). Thankfully, the item inside seemed okay, but the packaging definitely took a beating.

It looks kind of cheap in person. I don’t mean it’s completely unusable or anything, but the material and overall finish just don’t look as nice as I was hoping. From the photos, I expected it to have a cleaner or slightly more polished look, but once I actually got it, it felt a bit more flimsy and budget-looking than I thought it would. It might still work fine depending on what you need it for, but if you care a lot about how it looks, I’d probably keep that in mind.

I don’t think this is worth what they’re charging. I get that businesses need to make money, but at some point it should feel fair to the customer too. For the price, I expected a lot more

I ordered from Collars & Co and had a question about my order, so I sent them an email. Then I waited a few days, nothing useful came back. I even followed up again, and it still felt like I was just getting nowhere. I mean, the clothes might be fine, I don’t even know at this point, but when you spend money you kind of expect a basic update. It’s just frustrating. Their customer service feels like nobody is checking messages, or they just don’t really care. I wouldn’t order from them again
